RETURNS
I do not accept returns. All sales are final. However, if you are unhappy with your item, please contact me with questions at thefoxattic@gmail.com. You can also contact me at that email address prior to ordering if you would like any more details or photos on a specific item. Please include the item URL link in your email so I can locate the correct information for you.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you believe you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
CANCELLATIONS
I accept cancellations up to 24 hours after the initial order. Please email me at thefoxattic@gmail.com to initiate a cancellation. Beyond this timeframe, I cannot accept cancellations.
SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIMES
Current processing times are 3-5 business days. Please message me if you have an urgent purchase request, and I will do my best to accommodate your request.
PACKAGING
Orders are packaged using recycled and repurposed shipping supplies, while doing our best to protect your order from damage in transit to you. You may receive a box that has advertising or logos on the outside other than my shop, This helps us lower both costs to you and impact on the environment.
LOCAL PICKUP
Free local pickup available in the Northwest Arkansas area. For first time buyers, you will be refunded the cost of shipping after you pick up. For repeat customers, please email me for the free pickup coupon code.
